Kurumumuzun 22\/02\/2013 tarihli,\u00a02013\/11 sayılı ve Sigortalılık İşlemleri konulu Genelgesinin<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0Birinci Kısım, Altıncı Bölümünde yer alan, \u201c3- İşten ayrılış bildirgesi düzeltme\/silme işlemleri\u201d başlığının dördüncü paragrafından sonra gelmek üzere aşağıdaki paragraf eklenmiştir.<\/p>\n

\u201cSigortalılığın; kıdem tazminatı veya ihbar tazminatı ödenmeyecek şekilde işten ayrılış nedeni bildirilerek sona ermesi akabinde arabuluculuk anlaşma belgesi veya mahkeme kararı ile işçiye, kıdem tazminatı veya ihbar tazminatı ödenmesine yönelik karar verilmesi durumunda sigortalı işten ayrılış nedeni, sigortalı veya işverenin ilam niteliğindeki arabuluculuk anlaşma belgesi veya mahkeme kararı ile Kuruma müracaatı üzerine ilgili mahkeme veya arabuluculuk kararına uygun olan işten ayrılış nedeni ile değiştirilecektir.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
