2024\/Nisan Dönemi SGK Prim Borçlarının KDV Mahsubu İle 25\/06\/2024 Tarihine Kadar Ödenebilmesi<\/h4>\n

Hazine ve Maliye Bakanlığı Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı\u2019nca, 2024 yılı Haziran ayının üçüncü haftasına denk gelen Kurban Bayramı tatili nedeniyle mükelleflerin KDV iade alacaklarının 2024\/Nisan dönemi SGK prim borcuna 20\/06\/2024 tarihine kadar mahsubunda gecikmeler yaşanabileceği, belirtilmiştir.<\/p>\n

Bu kapsamda, her ayın 1\u2019i ila 30\u2019u arasındaki çalışmaları karşılığı ücret ödenen 5510 sayılı Kanunun 4 üncü maddesinin birinci fıkrasının (a) bendine tabi\u00a0\u00a0sigortalı<\/span><\/a>\u00a0çalıştıran işverenler yönünden 2024\/Nisan ayına ilişkin\u00a0\u00a0sigorta<\/span><\/a>\u00a0prim borcunun katma değer vergisi iade alacağından mahsubu suretiyle ödenmesi halinde vade tarihinin 25\/06\/2024 olarak uygulanmasına karar verilmiştir.<\/p>\n
