Tarhiyat Öncesi ve Sonrası Uzlaşma Broşürleri Yayınlandı<\/h4>\n

Uzlaşma; ikmalen, re\u2019sen ve idarece tarh edilecek\/edilen vergiler ve bunlara ilişkin kesilecek\/kesilen vergi ziyaı cezaları ile 2024 yılı için 23.000 Türk lirasını aşan usulsüzlük ve özel usulsüzlük cezaları konusunda, mükellefin yargı sürecinde katlanacağı maliyetleri ve uzun işlem süreçlerini ortadan kaldıran idari bir çözüm yoludur.<\/p>\n

Uzlaşma, tarhiyat öncesi ve tarhiyat sonrası uzlaşma olarak ikiye ayrılır.<\/p>\n

Uzlaşma kapsamına alınan usulsüzlük ve özel usulsüzlük cezalarının tutarı, her yıl yeniden değerleme oranında artırılması nedeniyle \u201cTarhiyat Öncesi Uzlaşma Broşürü\u201d\u00a0ile\u00a0\u201cTarhiyat Sonrası Uzlaşma Broşürü\u201d \u00a0güncellenerek kullanıma sunulmuştur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
