ve denet&#231;ilerin son takvim y&#305;l&#305;na ait gelirlerini Kurumumuza bildirmesi gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>2023 takvim y&#305;l&#305;na ait gelirlerin Kurumumuza bildirilmesine ili&#351;kin y&#252;k&#252;ml&#252;l&#252;&#287;&#252;n zaman&#305;nda, tam ve do&#287;ru olarak yerine getirilmesi ve bu y&#252;k&#252;ml&#252;l&#252;&#287;&#252;n yerine getirilmemesi nedeniyle herhangi bir yapt&#305;r&#305;mla kar&#351;&#305;la&#351;&#305;lmamas&#305; ad&#305;na a&#351;a&#287;&#305;daki hususlara dikkat edilmesi &#246;nem arz etmektedir:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) Kimler gelir bildiriminde bulunmal&#305;d&#305;r?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Denetimin yap&#305;l&#305;&#351; amac&#305;na\/kapsam&#305;na ba&#287;l&#305; olmaks&#305;z&#305;n 01.01.2023-31.12.2023 tarihleri aras&#305;nda ba&#287;&#305;ms&#305;z denetim s&#246;zle&#351;mesi imzalam&#305;&#351; olan t&#252;m denetim kurulu&#351;lar&#305; ve denet&#231;ilerin 2023 takvim y&#305;l&#305;na ait gelirlerini Kurumumuza bildirmesi gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Bildirim ne zamana kadar yap&#305;lmal&#305;d&#305;r?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2023 takvim y&#305;l&#305;na ait gelirlere ili&#351;kin bildirimin May&#305;s ay&#305;n&#305;n on be&#351;inci g&#252;n&#252;n&#252;n sonuna kadar yap&#305;lmas&#305; gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Bildirim nas&#305;l yap&#305;lmal&#305;d&#305;r?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bildirimler yukar&#305;da belirtilen s&#252;re i&#231;erisinde S&#246;zle&#351;me Bilgi Giri&#351;i Sisteminde (SBG) yer alan \u201cGelir Bildirimi\u201d men&#252;s&#252; &#252;zerinden elektronik ortamda yap&#305;lmal&#305;d&#305;r.<\/p>\n<p>2023 takvim y&#305;l&#305;na ait gelirler bildirilirken;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ba&#287;&#305;ms&#305;z denetim faaliyetlerinden,<\/li>\n<li>Di&#287;er denetim faaliyetlerinden,<\/li>\n<li>Defter tutma hizmetlerinden,<\/li>\n<li>Dan&#305;&#351;manl&#305;k hizmetlerinden,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>kaynaklanan gelirler ayr&#305; ayr&#305; g&#246;sterilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>Tahsil edilip edilmedi&#287;ine bak&#305;lmaks&#305;z&#305;n, 2023 takvim y&#305;l&#305; i&#231;erisinde ger&#231;ekle&#351;tirilen yukar&#305;daki faaliyetlerden kaynaklanan gelirler bildirilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4) &#350;effafl&#305;k raporu yay&#305;mlayan ve raporda 2023 takvim y&#305;l&#305;na ait gelirlerine yer veren denetim kurulu&#351;lar&#305;n&#305;n da gelir bildiriminde bulunmas&#305; gerekiyor mu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2023 takvim y&#305;l&#305;na ili&#351;kin &#351;effafl&#305;k raporu yay&#305;mlayan ve s&#246;z konusu &#351;effafl&#305;k raporunda an&#305;lan takvim y&#305;l&#305;na ait gelirlerine yer veren denetim kurulu&#351;lar&#305;n&#305;n da SBG\u2019de yer alan \u201cGelir Bildirimi\u201d men&#252;s&#252;
